3 HR CE - Building Microsoft Office Outlook to become your CRM* - The most efficient and
economical solution for a Customer Relations Management tool.  A must for the Independent
Contractor working in an agency who does not provide a CRM system.  We will cover basic
applications as well ways to set it up so it may be used to initiate contact, track progress, set
up sales touch cycles, divide prospect status, and keep you from missing crucial follow-up.  
This step by step program is ideal for the not-so computer savvy real estate professional as
well as the newest licensed agents needing a directive push on where and how to get
started. $40 Per Person or $30 per person for groups of 10 or more

1 HR CE - Staying on Track with a Field Evaluation - Fast paced yet still very informative. This
little sheet helps reduce your equal rights and fair housing liability; if worked properly your
ethics will always be met.  A great refresher tool for those who have been in sales for years, or
for the person who is undecided about a career in sales. $30 per person or $25 per person
for groups of 10 or more.

1 HR CE - Uncovering Personality Styles - Learn how to cater your presentations to increase
communication levels with all types of personalities.  Understand how utilizing this sales skill
will ultimately increase your bottom line. $30 per person or $25 per person for groups of 10 or
more.

2 DAY Intensive Seminar - A whole program containing: Planning, Building, Bonding,
Closing, Customer Relation Management on Microsoft Office Outlook, Uncovering Personality
Styles, and Role playing until it feels and sounds natural.  $150 per person or $100 per
person for groups of 10 or more.

1 HR Webinar - Staying on Track with a Field Evaluation - Fast paced yet still very informative.

Ongoing Coaching - 10 week session - 1/2 Hour Weekly Teleconference - Accountability is
key to an ongoing sales process.  This Teleconference is interactive and includes fellow
agents in your area sharing experiences and success stories to help keep you motivated and
full of fresh ideas.  
As a Post-Seminar Benefit the first 10 weeks are free - the cost is $200
per person for each additional 10 session batch or $25 per person for a "Drop-in" session.

Currently, I am only qualified in Ohio for CE credit.  I am qualified to coach,
